PURPOSE:To stabilize combustion by a method wherein a circulation pipe passage is formed by connecting a line heater, a line mixer and a line pump and the emulsified fuel is circulated through the circulation pipe passage so that the rate of water content, the temperature and the viscosity of the emulsified fuel are equalized. CONSTITUTION:When a circulation 3 is operated, the flow of fuel oil in a quantity determined by the capacity of the pump generates in circulation pipe passage and a part of the fuel oil which is cooled during its flow through the pipe passage is heated by the line heater so that the fuel oil is kept at a predetermined temperature and the viscosity thereof does not change. When the fuel oil is consumed by being injected from a fuel injection mechanism through an outlet pipe 10, the fuel oil in a quantity corresponding to the amount of consumption of the fuel oil is supplied into the circulation pipe passage through an inlet pipe 9 and an oil gauge 8 is operated to supply a predetermined quantity of water into a mixer 2 through a water quantity control valve 18 to thereby emulsify the fuel oil. |
