PURPOSE:To obtain a static picture with high resolution, by changing an image formation surface optically by a half pitch of a photoelectric conversion picture element composing the images of a subject formed before and after. CONSTITUTION:A means to displace a reflection mirror M has similar constitution to the oscillation means of a speaker; a voice coil wound around a cylinder body 4 is arranged in a gap between a center pole 2 abutted to the magnetic pole of a magnet 1 and a yoke 3 which are opposed each other and a dumper 8 is inserted between an oscillation plate 6 supporting the cylinder body 4 and a supporting plate 7 supporting the reflection mirror M. Consequently, the reflection mirror M is vertically moved in accordance with the current level flowing into the voice coil 5. The figure shows a known CCD image pickup plate to compose a video signal of one field by composing image pickup outputs corresponding to two positions of the mirror, transfer the photoelectric conversion output of the image pickup surface D1 to a storage part D2 in each field during the vertical retrace and lead out the image pickup output successively from the storage part D2. |
