PURPOSE:To enhance repetitive fatigue characteristics by properly adjusting concn. of TeO2 in an Se-Te alloy photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer made of an Se-Te alloy contg. TeO2 in 2X10<-3>-10X10<-3> range per Te content, is used. An especially preferable ratio of TeO2 content/Te content is in 2.6X10<-3>-5X10<-3> range. |
