PURPOSE:To enable an monitor to monitor continuously at any position and to process the abnormal state immediately by informing the generation of the abnormal state through radio waves and telephoning the generation of the abnormality through voices corresponding to the abnormal information. CONSTITUTION:A controller 29 reads out abnormal information data from its leading successively from a table set in a storage device 28. Subsequently, the controller 29 converts the read out data into voice composition controlling data fixed in each abnormal item, outputs a control signal to a voice synthesizing device 24 and also outputs connection command, information to a network controlling device 23d. The voice synthesizing device 24 resynthesizes previously recorded voice data in accordance with the input control signal and outputs a voice to an amplifier 30. A voice signal from the amplifier 30 is informed to the external through a speaker 31 and inputted to a matching transformer 32. The network controlling device 23d connects the automatically suspended circuit with the matching transformer 32 and outputs the contents of the abnormal information to the receiver of a telephone set 22 through the voice to inform the contents to the monitor originating the telephone set 22. |
