PURPOSE:To detect a failure of any part in each subsystem respectively and to process the failure in cooperation with other subsystems when necessary, by synchronizing each subsystem with other subsystems and providing a function for controlling application to each subsystem. CONSTITUTION:The function F1 of a subsystem 1 inputs data having contents (a) and outputs data having contents B. The function F2 of a subsystem 2 inputs data having contents B, C and outputs data having contents D through a loop transmission line. In the same manner, the function Fn of a subsystem n inputs the data having contents D through the loop transmission line and the data having contents (d) outputted from a terminal device connected to the self subsystem (n) and outputs data having contents E, G. At the failure when the data having prescribed contents can not be inputted, each of the subsystems 1,2-n starts a failure processing program and executes the plant processing at the time of failure. |
