PURPOSE:To obtain the distributor which is excellent in antiabrasiveness, which is capable of adjusting the separation and distribution of thick and thin mixed gases and to which any of a thick mixed gas outlet pipe and a thin mixed gas outlet pipe can be connected easily. CONSTITUTION:The configuration of a powdered coal pipe 21 changes from circular to square at a part 22 and is connected to the distributor 23 from which a thick mixed gas pipe 24 and a thin mixed gas pipe 25 are branched off. Further, a deflector block 26 is inserted into the distributor 23 and connected to an operating handle 28 with a connecting rod 27. The part of the distributor 23 at which the pipes 24 and 25 are branched off makes a developing angle theta with respect to the axis of the powdered coal pipe so as to obtain the maximum separation efficiency at the minimum pressure loss. The configuration of the deflector block 26 is such that the upstream side surface of the block 26 makes the same angle theta with respect to the axis of the powdered coal pipe 21. Consequently, it is possible to obtain the distributor which is excellent in antiabrasiveness, which is capable of adjusting the separation and distribution of the thick and thin mixed gases and to which any of the thick mixed gas outlet pipe and the thin mixed gas outlet pipe can be connected easily. |
