PURPOSE:To obtain highly foamed product with stability of quality such as density and without mixing of gelation material by feeding the mixture in which curing agent is preliminarily mixed with air and other resin raw material to be foamed to a mechanical froth foaming machine from individual inlet ports. CONSTITUTION:The partially excess condition of curing agent in a mechanical froth foaming machine is prevented by mixing the curing agent with air preliminarily, whereby uniformly highly foamed product may be obtained. Premixing is preferably achieved by bead tower or spray nozzle tips air and curing agent are respectively transferred into a shell 9 from each nozzle 6 and 7 and are passed a bead filled layer 10 (e.g. glass particle) through a perforated plate 11, and then they are mixed and introduced into the mechanical froth foaming machine from a nozzle 8 through perforated plate 11'. Further instead of the glass filled layer, spray nozzle tips 12, 12' are used in the mixing process carried out by collision of high spead spray stream. |
