PURPOSE:To keep the stored air pressure within a tank as constant as possible by providing an elevatable floating tank on one end of a partition plate and a drainage hole through the other end thereof. CONSTITUTION:Water such as rainwater is stored in an annular groove 6 formed between an inner wall 3 and an outer wall 4. A columnar partition plate 7 is arranged and fixed in a central position inside said groove, and this partition plate 7 is engaged with the inside of an annular groove 9 provided in a closed-end cylindrical floating tank 8. When the pressure within a compressed air tank 10 increases, the floating tank 8 goes upward to permit water level difference to be produced between the inside and outside of the floating tank 8, and in order to obtain smooth circulation of the water at that time a drainage hole 25 is drilled through the lower part of the partition plate 7. |
