摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately supervise a condition of valve action, by providing two quick responsive thermocouples separately located by a certain distance apart in the downstream of a valve, obtaining a transfer time of fluid between the both thermocouples from correlative analysis between fluctuating components of outputs of each thermocouple and comparing said transfer time with a prescribed threshold value. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of quick responsive thermocouples 3, 4 set to be separated with a distance apart in the downstream side of a valve 2 in a conduit 1 are input to a correlation meter 5, and output to the both thermocouples 3, 4, that is, after A/D conversion of fluctuating components of temperature signals, an RMS value and a mutual correlation function phi(gamma) of the two signals are calculated one after another. Next, an output of the corrleation meter 5 is input to the first comparator circuit 6, and a value in each delay time gamma of the correlation function phi(gamma) standardized by a product of the RMS value of the two signals is compared with a prescribed threshold value. Then a signal output from said circuit 6 is fed through a peak value calculating circuit 7 to the second comparator circuit 8 comparing the signal with a prescribed threshold value, and a leak amount is calculated in a leak amount calculating circuit 10 from an output of said circuit 8.
