<p>Each mould has a sharp-edged top to serve as a cutting edge. a number of these moulds are fixed by their bases to a flat base plate. The top edges og all the moulds lie in a common, horizontal plane. A sheet of cake mixt. paste is laid across the tops of the moulds and pressed down, e.g. with a roller. This fills all the moulds while the trimmings fall away between the moulds. The flat bases may have edge clips so that several bases can be joined together.</p> |
