PURPOSE:To improve the safety and work efficiency by providing a knife along an unwinder side drum, cutting the web by the take-up roll feed operation, and sticking the web tip to the adhesive section provided on a paper tube when a new paper tube is fitted. CONSTITUTION:When a take-up roll 11 is taken out, a paper cutting knife 21 is placed at an elevated position. When winder rolls 7, 8 are stopped under this state and the take-up roll 11 is pushed out by a dump bar 9', a tensile force is applied to a web (a), which is cut off by the knife 21, and the take-up roll 11 is transferred onto a cradle 15'. Next, a new core with an adhesive tape being stuck beforehand is put into a drum pocket 28, and after the cut end of the web (a) is stuck to the adhesive tape of the new core, the winding is restarted. According to this constitution, the safety and work efficiency can be improved. |
