PURPOSE:To cancel noise in each detector, by making the size of a loop made of conductors with each detector and bonding terminals equal for both blocks A and B of the same bit constitution formed on a magnetic bubble crystal substrate. CONSTITUTION:Bonding terminals P1-P4 and leads L1-L4 are formed with the same pattern by using golden conductors both for blocks A, and on the insulating layers, through-holes H1, H2 and R1, R2 are provided to the block A, and through-holes H3, H4 and R3, R4 are provided to the block B. Further, detectors D1-D3 of the same pattern are formed to both the blocks A and B with a soft magnetic substance such as permalloy. In the block A, the D1 is connected to the terminals P3 and P4 with the L3 and L4, and the D2 is connected to the terminals P1 and P2 with the L1 and L2. Further, in the block B, the D2 is connected to the terminals P3 and P4 with the L1 and L2. The size of loops made by each detector with the lead are all made equal and noise can be cancelled. |
