PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a storage device, by duplicating the storage circuit to a specified continuous address space among pieces of address information of all spaces applied from an external processor. CONSTITUTION:The storage device comprises the 1st-4th buffer circuits 2, 9, 19, 31, a decoder circuit 12, the 1st kind of the 1st - the 4th storage circuits 4-7, the 2nd kind of a storage circuit 36, a selecting circuit 34, and a comparison coincidence circuit 38. Write information transferred from the external processor is applied to the 1st kind of the 1st - the 4th storage circuits 3-7 via a signal line 3. A signal transferred via a signal line 30 from an external processor is the 2nd kind of address information to determine block among the 1st kind of the 1st - the 4th storage circuits 4-7 in which the storage information is stored in the 1st kind of the storage circuits to be duplicated, and this is transmitted to a selecting circuit 34 as a selecting signal via the 4th buffer circuit 31. The write information of the signal line 3 is written in an address location designated with the address information on signal lines 13, 35 is written in the 2nd kind of the storage circuit 36 for attaining duplicate storage. |
