PURPOSE:To eliminate the variation of freuqnecy characteristics due to a sound collecting distance, by synthesizing the output of a sound pressure gradient microphone unit which passed through an equalizer circuit having a distance compensating function to an approximate effect and the output of a pressure type microphone unit. CONSTITUTION:The output of a pressure type microphone unit 11 having non- directional characteristics and the output of a sound pressure gradient microphone 12 having bidrectional characteristics is synthesized with the output extracted via an equalizer circuit 13 having a distance compensating function to an approximate effect through a synthesizer 14 consisting of an adder or a subtractor. Thus it is always possible to collect sound evenly with no variation of frequency characteristics despite a change of sound collecting distance. |
