PURPOSE:To smooth the shipping and accepting opeations of a mixed phase fluid, to measure exactly the total amt. of the fluid to be accepted and to protect a phase separator, by measuring the vapor phase component to be removed and particle components in a storage tank then transferring the same. CONSTITUTION:When a highly viscous fluid is transferred through a piping 1, coarse particle components and vapor phase components are removed in a phase separator 11, and the mixed phase fluid is given as a fluid contg. no vapor phase components to a meter 5, by which the flow rate thereof is exactly measured and the fluid is transferred into an accepting relay tank 18. On the other hand, the particle components and vapor phase components filtered with the device 11 are stored through pipings 14, 13 into a storage tank 15. As a result, the volume of the mixed phase fluid in the tank 15 is metered exactly by a measuring mechanism 16 upon ending of the shipping work; thereafter the fluid is transferred into the tank 18 by using a small-sized pump 19, whereby the accepting operation is completed. |
