PURPOSE:To ensure the operation of a rush adjuster, by providing a thin hole above a bubble removing chamber and the rush adjuster so that bubbles contained in working oil are discharged together with some of the oil through the thin hole. CONSTITUTION:Working oil is supplied by an oil pump to a rush adjuster 14 for the valve moving mechanism of an engine through a bubble removing unit 47 provided in the halfway part of an oil supply passage. The bubble removing unit 47 is placed below the rush adjuster 14. An orifice is provided in an oil tube joint 32 placed above the bubble removing unit 47 and the rush adjuster 14 and connected to the oil supply passage. Bubbles, which are not removed by the unit 47 and are sent under pressure while being contained in the working oil, are discharged together with some of the working oil through the orifice. |
