PURPOSE:To enhance stability at the time of lower flow release by allowing the main gate to house major part of a draft tube and thereby preventing vibration due to collision of the released water. CONSTITUTION:A main gate 11 is installed at a tailrace 12 so as to be movable vertically, and an elevating roller 13 is fixed to its side. Inside the main gate 11, on its both pier sides are equipped two axial flow type power generators 15A, 15B with hydraulic wheel, which are operated by water flow from upper flow openings 14A, 14B of the main gate 11, and draft tubes 17A, 17B, which are connected with these generators 15A, 15B and furnished with outlets 16A, 16B for the downstream of main gate 11. Thereby overhung parts 20A, 20B toward the downstream side of main gate 11 can be minimized so serve for prevention of vibration due to collision released water. Thus the stability of the whole facility will be enhanced. |
