This cap is of the type constituted by two concentric skirts, outer and inner respectively, integral with a base 1 in which is traced a tearing line 8 located between the two skirts and on which is imprinted a fiscal stamp 9. This tearing line has a star-like shape whose inward pointing zones 8a allow the tearing of the fiscal stamp 9 into two parts, both of which are very visible and whose outward pointing zones 8b constitute tags facilitating the manual grasping of the cap after its first opening. <IMAGE>
