The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for the starting of adjacent coal dust fired steam generators, suitable secondary energy sources needing to be found for heating the combustion chamber of the steam generator to be started and integration of the process and production engineering having to be developed. This is achieved in that hot air, flue gas and/or a coal dust-air mixture is delivered, fully or partially controlled, by way of a coal pulverising mill of an operating steam generator into the coal dust main, auxiliary and/or ignition burners or coal pulverising mills of an adjacent steam generator to be started by connecting this coal pulverising mill of an operating steam generator by way of controllable connecting lines to the coal dust main, ignition and/or auxiliary burners or coal pulverising mills of a steam generator to be started. <IMAGE> |
