PURPOSE:To constitute so that a display point on a CRT moves exactly in accordance with displacement of a lever, by combining a variable resistor which is varied in accordance with displacement of the lever, with a fixed resistor, in a joy stick which is used for an input, etc. of a computer. CONSTITUTION:Fixed resistors 5, 6 and 8, 9 are connected to both ends of variable resistors 4, 7 which are varied in accordance with displacement of a lever 1 of a joy stick. An electric power source +E and -E are impressed to both these ends, respectively, and intermediate terminals 41, 71 of the variable resistors are connected to inverted input terminals of operational amplifiers 10, 12. According to such a constitution, the display point on the picture moves in the direction where the lever 1 is set down, at a speed corresponding to its setting-down way. Accordingly, since the display point can be moved exactly, this device is suitable for an input, etc. of flight simulation. |
