PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the conventional exposure, development, etching process etc. remove sources that generate nuisance, and increase productivity by forming on the inner surface of a funnel section the first grooves 10 into which phosphor is injected and the second grooves 11 which contain a black stripe agent inside and located between said first grooves 10, and sequentially injecting and solidifying the phosphor liquid and the black stripe material respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first V grooves 10 into which a phosphor liquid is injected, are formed on a funnel section 8, being spaced at preset intervals and the second V grooves 11 into which a black stripe agent is injected are formed between the V grooves 10. Red, blue, and green phosphors 12, 13, and 14 are injected and solidified in the first V grooves 10. Then, an anode section is completed by injecting a black stripe material 15 in the second V grooves 11 and forming a lacquer coat 16 and a metal back coat 17. |
