The invention "rolling device for changing the location of parasol stands" is intended to enable stands which are heavy for reasons of stability to be moved without great expenditure of force. The area of shade cast by a parasol moves as the sun moves from East to West. In order to keep the shade over a certain area during the period of sunshine, the position of the parasol has to be changed at certain intervals of time. This change of location is to be facilitated by means of the subject of the invention and to be capable of being arranged by anyone. According to the invention, the parasol stand is placed on a correspondingly dimensioned and shaped platform which is provided with rollers on the underside.
