PURPOSE:To support freely rotatably shape steels with a simple and lightweight device by fixing the shape steels to the inside of a support frame provided with wheels, and rotating the frame in a circular guide rail with the wheels. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is so constituted as to turn a shape steel 3 upside down in order to improve the efficiency of a welding operation in the stage of welding the same from above to below. The upper half part 5u of a circular guide rails 5 is opened, and the upper frame 7u on a support frame 7 which inscribes the rail 5 and is rotated freely with three wheels 6 is removed. The steel 3 is placed on a lower frame 7D and is fixed tentatively by means of hook rods 8a. The frame 7u and the upper guide rail 5u are mounted, whereafter the steel 3 is fixed thoroughly with a pressing jack 8C. The frame 7 is rotated in this state by the wheels 6 along the inside of the rail 5 to turn over the steel 3 as desired to the position convenient for the welding operation. |
