The subject-matter of the invention is a lock for a plug connection, consisting of a plug (1) having pin contacts and a screen surrounding said plug, as well as a bush (2) having fork-spring contacts and a groove surrounding said bush, for the insertion of the screen. In order to permit reliable locking, which is simple to handle, of the bush (2) on the plug (1), it is proposed to form pockets (6), which are provided with a slot (7), on the side walls of the plug (1), to arrange in every pocket (6) a latching clip (8) which engages with a shoe (9) and has a hook (10) formed at the end, and to form projections (11) for the hooks (10) on the side walls of the bush (2) in the axis of the latching clip (8). <IMAGE>
