PURPOSE:To raise the effect of stirring by using a system in which stirring blades are attached to the lower end of the rod of a cylinder set above a rotary tube and when a slurried solidifying agent is discharged, the horizontal and vertical turning movements are concurrently made by the stirring blades. CONSTITUTION:Stirring blades 4a and 4b are attached to the inside of a rotary tube 1 vertically at intervals in a mutually crossing manner and thrust through a vertically long slit 5 provided in the tube 1 in such a way as to enable the intermediate part of the blades to be vertically turned by being pivotally supported on a horizontal shaft 6 in the tube 1. The lower end of the rod 8 of an oil-pressure cylinder 7 set above the tube 1 is connected to the blades 4a and 4b and horizontal and vertical turning movements are concurrently made by means of the rotation of the tube 1 and the action of the cylinder 7 while concurrently discharging a cement slurry solidifying agent from the jet nozzle 14 at the lower end of the tube 1 through a supply pipe 13.
