PURPOSE:An opened web is divided into a plurality and each part is collected into a sliver and a unwound yarn is made to spiral around each sliver to achieve high-efficiency production of the titled conjugated yarn without heat treatment and symmetric spinning. CONSTITUTION:The web is opened with the rollers of the opener 1 and peeled off by the stripper 2, then divided into a plurality with the divider 4. Each divided part is collected with the guide 5 into a sliver 3'. Then, the individual slivers 3' are passed through front rollers 6, 6' and sent to rotary hollow spindles 7 respectively, while the yarn 8 unwound from the bobbin set on the spindle 7 is made to spiral around the sliver 3 for binding. The resultant yarn is passed through delivery rollers 9, 9' and wound up with winders 10 to produce the objective conjugated yarns. |
