PURPOSE:To convert an injection molder into an injection compression molder equipped with an ejection function, by using the hydraulic equipment having functions of a compression molding and the ejection of a molded product instead of the hydraulic ejection equipment of the injection molder. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic equipment 10 is composed of the first piston 19 having a short stroke L compared to the pressurizing diameter D of a hydraulic cylinder 18 and the second piston 20 which is provided in the first piston 19, also makes it the cylinder having the pressurizing diameter (d) and has a stroke (l) longer than the pressurizing diameter (d). The hydraulic equipment 10 is attached to the movable platen 13 of an injection molder, the first piston 19 is interlocked to the mold piece in a mold and the compression molding of the molding material injected in the mold is performed. Then, the second piston 20 is interlocked to the ejector pin in the mold and the ejection of the molded product after a mold opening is done. |
