发明名称 LOAD MECHANISM FOR GRINDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive possibility of giving a forced rotary driving mechanism and high load in a simple mechanism in such a way that grinding pressure is pressed down by using parallel springs and turning a disc nut at its one end. CONSTITUTION:It is structured to one sidedly support a sample part to be ground which hooks up a material to be ground (sample) by plate springs 4, 5 which are supported on a holding part of rotary shaft (support catch) 12 fixed on the body 20 of a grinder with use of a fixing screw 15, and to hold pulleys 6, 7 and a belt 8 as connecting mechanism to forcibly turn the sample part to be ground between the parallel plate springs 4, 5. On another hand, the structure is connected through an L-letter shaped engaging piece 10 which is protruded downward from a spacer 9 fixed at the other end of the springs 4, 5, and the springs 4, 5 are bent only in the up and down directions. This constitution facilitates to give a forced rotary driving mechanism and high load in the simple structure.
