PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of electrode or work by mounting a working liquid feeding nozzle of a current application type processing machine on a holding member movable back and forth with respect to the electrode and by allowing the nozzle to wait aside at the time of such replacement. CONSTITUTION:When electrode 1 or a work to be processed 2 has reached its replacement time, feeding of processing liquid is stopped by a control device etc. and an opening/closing female screw 8a is driven. A holding member 7 divided in two halves is then opened to the position shown by the broekn line, and the nozzle 3 is moved aside. Replacement of the electrode or work should be made in this state without hindrance, but if the electrode or work is too large a hydraulic cylinder 12 is actuated to drive an arm 9 into rotation as shown by the broken line and to push the nozzle 3 still farther. According to this arrangement, automatic replacement of the electrode or work will become possible, and even manual replacement will be facilitated. |
