PURPOSE:To prevent a valve body from being secured by icing to a valve port by composing a part for blocking the valve port of the valve body or at least one of the valve ports blocked by the valve body of a material which repels water. CONSTITUTION:When negative pressure at the intake manifold 1 side decreases, a valve body 19 moves to the right side by the elastic force of a coiled spring 20 and is seated on a valve seat 21. Since the valve body 19 is formed of a material which can repel water such as oil-containing resin or oil-containing rubber or the like, the water content of air in the valve body 15 is dew condensed in the valve body 19 and flowed, even if a vehicle is allowed to stand in a place where is cooled such as out of door in a cold district, it can prevent the condensed dew from stopping at the part in which the valve body 19 is contacted with valve ports 17. The valve ports 17 may be formed of a material which repels the water. |
