PURPOSE:To perform an LSI test in response to the actual state of the user application, by delivering a print timing pseudo signal when the address of a key input reaches a prescribed address at a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A CPU13 delivers a key input P from a data output 11 for setting a print mode stored in an address 1 of addresses 1-9 in a CPU address 14. Then a key input 2 and (+) stored in addresses 2 and 3 are delivered from the output 11, and the addresses 1, 2 and 3 are delivered from a CPU address 25. When the address 3 is delivered, an address data converting circuit 22 sets an output 27 at a high level. Then a pseudo signal TP2 is delivered from a pseudo signal generating circuit 8 via an OR circuit 23. At the same time, the circuit 22 converts the address 25 into a data 26 for setting the TP frequency. Thus the circuit 8 supplies TP signals 2 into an LSI7 by the TP frequency, and at the same time the circuit 8 delivers a low CPU stop signal. However the stop signal is inhibited for the output 27 since it has a high level, and therefore the CPU proceeds to the next address. |
