PURPOSE:To save the consumption of fuel gas in the titled gas oven, by keeping the inside of the oven at a constant temperature for a long time by the remaining heat after combustion, by preventing the combustion heat of high temperature from flowing out of the oven by eliminating the feed of the secondary air into it. CONSTITUTION:The mixed gas of air and fuel gas, passing through a tube 12, being forced into an upper burner 5 and blown off from burner ports, perforated through the side wall of a burner 5 in parallel in two rows having specified intervals, is ignited by a spark rod to burn. The combustion gas, converted into low temperature by being consumed by an object to be baked put on a heating plate 4, is flowed out into an exhaust gas channel 34 from exhaust holes 8, and is exhausted out of an even 1 from an exhaust port not shown in fig. In this way, a gas oven with a built-in gas burner of forced combustion type, of which energy-saving effect is remarkably enhanced by extremely decreased consumption of fuel gas, can be obtained. |
