PURPOSE:To obtain stable electric characteristics and to improve the strength of a dielectric base, by providing a magnetic field adjusting spacer to a magnet and a magnetic metal base opposite thereto with a ferrimagnetic substance inserted for preventing the divergence of magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:It is adopted for the construction to bond strongly the magnetic metal base 6 and the dielectric base 1 with soldering or a conductive adhesive. Further, the ferrimagnetic substance 2 is fixed while being inserted to the base 1. The magnetic field adjusting spacer 7 is inserted between the magnet 5 and a circulator pattern inner conductor 3 for the purpose of the effective adjustment of the magnet 5 so to apply a prescribed magnet field to the magnetic substance 2. The magnet 5 is placed on one side of the base 1 and the magnetic metal base 6 is located on the other side, then the divergence of magnetic flux is avoided. Thus, the stable electric characteristics are attained. Further, since the base 1 is fixed to the metal base 6, the strength of fixing is improved considerably. |
