PURPOSE:To decrease the viscosity of a resin and to enable the higher packing of fillers by adding a titanate type coupling agent to a fixing material consisting of a resin and the fillers. CONSTITUTION:Core halves wound with magnetic coils 6 are butted to each other to make a gap 2, thereby forming a magnetic core 1. The core 1 is fixed in a shielding case 4 by using a fixing material 5 while the core is so positioned as to face to the opening 4a formed on the slide way of the case 4 for magnetic recording media. The material 5 is formed of an epoxy resin and fillers of inorg. materials. Titanate materials are added at 0.1-7.0% basing on weight to the fillers of the inorg. material in order to provide affinity to the epoxy resin. The titanate materials are isopropyl bis-titanate, tetra isopropyl bis-titanate, tetra octyl bis-titanate, etc. |
