PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a duct by preventing a casing from being expanded, by providing a heat insulating material to the gas passing part of a duct, and by disposing the casing on the outer side of a layer of heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 17 is lined on the inside of a casing 18. The material 17 is to be inactive to the exhaust gas, having hardness and mutual bonding strength, and also having wear resistance to the flowing gas. It is more effective to give a spray coating on the surface of the material 17 by a spraying material which has heat and wear resistant properties. With such an arrangement, the body of a casing 18 can be kept at about a normal temperature. It is not necessary to make the duct in a complex stress absorbing structure, so that the structure of a duct can be simplified as a whole. |
