PURPOSE:To stabilize the characteristics of the coil by controlling the tension of the take-up coil by a winding tension detecting means set up in the intermediate part of a material coil and the take-up coil. CONSTITUTION:The material coil 2 wound on a winding shaft 1 is wound by a winding shaft 3, and changed into the take-up coil 4. An electromagnet 5, a position thereof can be varied minutely, is set up in the intermediate path of the material coil 2 and the take-up coil 4, and attracts the coil band 6 of the material coil 2 and gives tension. A load cell 7 measures the minute variation of the position of the electromagnet 5 due to the variation of tension of the take-up coil 4, and converts the variation into a change of output currents. The output currents are compared with an output from a setter 8 by a comparator 9, the excitation currents of the electromagnet 5 are changed through a current regulator 10, and tension is kept constant. Accordingly, the tension of the take-up coil 4 is kept constant, and the variance of magnetic characteristics is prevented. |
