PURPOSE:To easily form a curved part even with small curvature, by heating the curved part of a mold provided along a corner part in an automobile window, adapting a jig having prescribed curvature to the corner part in said curved part and then cooling the curved part. CONSTITUTION:A windshield molding 1, in which a mounting part 4 equipped with a fin 3 is protrusively provided in a vertical state to a belt shaped decorative part 2, is formed to a linear shape with thermoplastic resin by extrusion molding. To mount this molding 1 along a corner part of an automobile window, firstly an internal diameter side I of curved parts 5 in the molding 1 is heated by a heater H. Secondly, a jig 7 having prescribed curvature is adapted to corner parts 6, at least the internal diameter side I of the curved parts 5. Subsequently, the curved parts 5 are cooled, and the curved part 5 having the prescribed curvature met to the corner part of the automobile window is formed to molding 1. In this way, the curved part 5 even with small curvature can be easily formed, and a windshiled of the automobile window is formed by the one mold 1. |
