<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the setting operation as well as the constitution of a PID controller, by setting the value shown by a controller to a setting device. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply is applied, a stable control state is obtained at an early stage of operation. At the same time, the set value Mc is displayed to a numeric display device 10. Therefore an operator sets the value Mc to a bias constant setting device 8. The temperature control during application of power supply is carried out so as to decrease the degree of overshoot generated precedingly with subsequent operations since the integrated value can be known in a stable control state.</p> |
