PURPOSE:To decide effectively the priority with a simple hardware constitution, by giving permission for use of resources to plural requesters for resources in response to the multiplied value of the request level of resources and the waiting time. CONSTITUTION:When a resources request signal of a high priority level is delivered from a processor 100, a clock of a high frequency is supplied to a counter circuit 110 corresponding to the processor 100 from a common control part 20. When a resources request signal of a low priority level is given from the processor 100, a clock of a low frequency is supplied to the circuit 110. While a maximum value detecting circuit 10 which detected the maximum value out of counter circuit 110-N00 transmits the processor name of the maximum value to the part 20. That is, the resources request signal of the highest priority level gives permission for use of resources to the processor which has a request for resources in a longest time. |
