The present invention relates to novel 1-position aminoderivatives of 1-(3,4-methylendioxiphenyl)propan-2-ol having general formula I: wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or benzyl, provided R1 and R2 cannot be both hydrogen, cycloalkyl or benzyl simultaneously, or else, R1 and R2 form in combination with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached a ring with 5 to 7 bonds, which may consist of another heteroatom selected from oxygen or nitrogen being substituted with benzyl, or such a ring may be substituted with hydroxyl, as well as their non-toxic addition salts (pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts). A process for the production of these compounds is also provided. The compounds or useful as analgesics.
