PURPOSE:To reduce the rippling of the temperature in a heating chamber and to improve the quality of cooking by a method wherein in the case of the composite type heat cooking range, a thermister for controlling the temperature in the heating chamber is covered with a metallic protective pipe and is made to project into the chamber. CONSTITUTION:The thermister 9 is housed within the metallic protective pipe 11, fixed to a thermister retaining plate 12 and fastened to the upper surface of the heating chamber 2 with screws. With the above structure, the capacity of a part of the thermister 9 projecting into the heating chamber 2 is made small so that there is no possibility of a food coming into contact with the projecting part of the thermister when the food is put into, or taken out from, the heating chamber, the rippling of the temperature in the heating chamber is reduced and the quality of cooking is improved. |
