PURPOSE:To uniform the quality and to decrease the defective rate, by taking a lower end of a terminal member, applying an upset and folding processing to the projected end of the terminal into a prescribed shape with a cold-working and applying a slit forming. CONSTITUTION:The two wire or rod-shaped lower ends are taken as the terminals 3, the upper parts are taken as clip members 4a, they are penetrated into an insulator 2 in parallel up and down, the insulator 2 is molded therein to fix them incorporatedly in the state of insulation, and after cooling, the clip members 4a are applied for the upset processing so as to oppose to each other with approximate symmetry, and a slit 8 is formed at the tip center with punch or the like. At the same time of the upset and slit forming mentioned above or thereafter the lower part under the projected part is folded twice in the inner and outer directions to form folding sections 12a, 12b for processing the clips 4, 4 to be spread for the interval of them. Then, a crystal board 5 is inserted between the clips 4, 4. Thus, the uniformed quality and the decreased defective rate are attained in this way. |
