<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a crosstalk among adjacent channels while improving a shield effect by dividing the magnetic materials of a stator and a rotor into ones for each channel and interposing nonmagnetic metallic spacers among the channels. CONSTITUTION:The stator 1 is constituted by a disk 4 made of porcelain such as alumina or a metal, the magnetic materials 51, 52, which are combined concentrically with the surface of the disk and made of permalloy or high-permeability ferrite or the like, and windings 71, 72 combined with the surfaces of the magnetic materials by nonmagnetic material layers 61, 62 made of plastic or porcelain or the like. The nonmagnetic metal ring 8 is interposed between the magnetic materials 51, 52. The magnetic materials 51, 52 arranged concentrically are shielded magnetically by the metallic ring 8 and the magnetic materials 101, 102 by the metallic ring 13.</p> |
