PURPOSE:To generate automatically optional resistance value with high accuracy, by generating the resistance value of a level corresponding to the current ratio of the constant current and the resistance value of a reference resistor. CONSTITUTION:A corrected reference resistor Rs is used together with a variable resistor Rv which can vary its resistance value with an external signal. The constant current of a fixed ratio is flowed to the resistors Rs and Rv respectively, and at the same time the resistance value of the resistor Rv is controlled so that the voltage drops are equal to each other between the resistors Rs and Rv. As a result, it is possible to generate the resistance value of a level corresponding to the current ratio of the constant current and the resistance value of the resistor Rs. |
