This invention relates to a mixture which is stable in storage in the absence of moisture and comprises the following: (a) polyurethane prepolymers containing incorporated tertiary nitrogen atoms, structural units corresponding to the following formula: -O-CH2-C(CH3)2-CH2-O- and terminal isocyanate groups, (b) aromatic or aliphatic orthophosphoric acid esters; (c) one or more inert solvents, and (d) optionally other auxiliaries and additives, and to the use of these mixtures as adhesives or coatings for flexible or rigid substrates.
