PURPOSE:To freely move a fitting device up to the prescribed position on a sliding plate by providing a ring with plural small holes, cutting a space between these small holes and a hole in the center and inserting the ring into the upper part of a supporting shaft. CONSTITUTION:The sliding plate 3 can move in a direction D while its horizontal direction and vertical one are regulated by the supporting shaft 2 and a group comprised of the ring 11, a washer 4, a substrate 5 and a washer 6, respectively. Since a slit 11c does not reach an outer periphery, it has no step. Accordingly some part of the ring 11 does not contact the end part of the hole 11a on the sliding plate 3, which can freely move up to the prescribed position. As the slit 11c does not reach the outer periphery, it is impervious to impact. Besides the ring 11 is provided with a circular small hole 11b on the tailing end of the slit 11c, said hole 11b distributes the concentration of stress due to the slit 11c, whereby the mechanical strength of the ring 11 can be improved.
