The fishing line with float is designed to ensure the fish is caught immediately it bites. It has a release mechanism which suddenly pulls the hook upwards several centimetres when it is pulled down. - A tube passing through the float accommodates the line. It has a hinge at one end for a spring-loaded mechanism pulling the line and hook up.
