PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is capable of executing smoothly, easily and exactly a shut height adjusting operation, by constituting so that a position detecting switch is moved up and down automatically by being interlocked with an up-and-down motion of a shut height setting ring through a gear mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In an FB working press machine consisting of a lifting ram 1c which moves up and down together with a piston 1b in a punching main oil pressure cylinder 1 fitted to a machine frame body 2, a bolster 3 to which a die 4 is fitted, an upper table to which a upper die 6 is fitted, etc., a shut height setting ring 7 screwed to the inside face of a cylinder body 1a in order to change a shut height position is rotated through a pinion 9 by a driving motor 8 and is moved up and down. Following this rotation, a cylindrical gear 10 engaged with a wheel gear 7a provided on its outside circumferential face is rotated, a spiral shaft 11 inserted through and screwed to said gear is lifted and lowered, a switch fitting base 13 fittd to its upper part is moved up and down, and position detecting switches A1, A2 are adjusted automatically as to its fitting position. |
