PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of producing tires of high quality at a high productivity by such an arrangement wherein a first-stage forming unit and a second-stage forming unit are arranged so that the axial lines of froming drums of one unit cross those of forming drums of the other unit, and a green case transfer system is provided above both units. CONSTITUTION:A first-stage forming unit composed of a carcass band forming drum (a), green case forming drum (f) and a band transfer (d) and a second-stage forming unit composed of a belt tread structure forming drum (m), raw tire forming drum (r) and belt tread transfer (p) are arranged so that the axial lines of forming drums of one unit cross those of the other unit and a radial tire manufacturing device is composed by installing a green case transfer V which transfers (horizontal movement and vertical movement) green cases from the green case forming drum (f) to the raw tire forming drum (r) above both forming units. |
