PURPOSE:To realize the turning operation by constant speed feed and at the same time freely make said feed speed variable in the turning of a crankshaft pin. CONSTITUTION:A cutting angle phi is predetermined in the range of 0-360 deg.. An oscillating angle theta and a distance S are determined by the predetermined cutting angle phi. A cutting tool drum is synchronously controlled by means of the value based upon the oscillating angle theta and the distance S. Accordingly, in order to turn the crankshaft pin by combining an oscillating motion with an sliding motion, both of which are performed synchronously in accordance with the values of the angle theta and the distance S, both of which are determined by the value of the predetermined cutting angle phi. Consequently, the turning operation by constant speed feed are realized and at the same time the feed speed can be changed freely. |
